CONDITIONS OF SALE

This kitten is being sold as a quality pet for the sum of........................under the following considerations and conditions of sale.

1. The buyer accepts responsibility to care for the kitten and will provide properly for its welfare.

2. The decision to provide a home and care for a kitten is a lifelong commitment. Should the buyer have a change of mind the kitten may be returned to the buyer within the first 48 hours. The buyer being responsible for all shipping cost. Refund, minus the deposit, will be given.

3. The kitten was vet checked on............................................It is the buyers responsibility that they are satisfied that the kitten is in good health at time of purchase/collection.

4. The kitten is sold as a quality pet with the new owner's agreement that the kitten be altered prior to maturity 6-8 months old. Registration will be held until the breeder receives a Certificate from the Veterinary Practice stating that this has been carried out. The new owner will not breed from the kitten. In the event that this clause is breeched the breeder shall have the right to legally reposses the kitten.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for any illness occurred after purchase.

6. Details of terms and conditions for an optional 6 weeks insurance will be supplied to the buyer on day of purchase.
